In Home& Kennel Boarding Needed — Always.
Every pet’s situation is unique, and so is every temporary placement. Most of our PAWSS Guardian commitments last between 3 to 9 months, depending on the client’s needs. We also rely on emergency relief kennels when someone is ready to enter treatment but a placement hasn’t been secured yet — and vacation pet sitters who can step in for 1 to 2 weeks. |

EventsWhat you'll do:
Help represent PAWSS at awareness events, community fairs, or fundraising booths. Chat with the public, hand out materials, and share what we do. Why it matters: You’re the friendly face that helps the community connect with our mission and sign up to get involved. |
Community OutreachWhat you'll do:
Place flyers, posters, and brochure packets in local shops, libraries, vet offices, cafés, and community boards around town. Why it matters: You help spread the word to people who might not be online — or who are ready to help but didn’t know where to start. |
Donation OrganizerWhat they do:
Pick up or receive donated items (pet supplies, household goods, etc.), help organize them, and prepare care packages for foster families. Why it matters: Behind-the-scenes support like this ensures our fosters have what they need — and feel the love from the community. |
Local Business PartnershipsWhat you'll do:
Offer a special discount, freebie, or service to our foster families — anything from a free coffee to a % off a grooming or car wash. We’ll design the coupon (or you can) and include it in the booklet given to every new foster. Why it matters: It’s a small gesture that makes a big impact. These perks remind our foster families that they’re valued — and it helps your business reach loyal, grateful customers. Plus you get some visibility on our socials and website. |
